Disgustingly, most posters there would side with this guy, blaming the "victims" for not being more responsible for themselves. Of course, it's not a "sides" issue at all. Sexual anarchy, by all, and the embrace of this diabolical world view is the evil.
In Michigan, it's a felony to commit "sexual penetration" if you're knowingly HIV positive and don't disclose that to you're partner.
