There was a vile thread at the DUmp recently debating whether HIV-infected people should be held criminally liable for having sex with others; all permutations of this scenario.

In Michigan, it's a felony to commit "sexual penetration" if you're knowingly HIV positive and don't disclose that to you're partner.

I'm not a big felony guy, but that needs to be on the books. On the same note, there's a lesson to all of us to be careful out there. Ladies, if you're guy is a switch hitter, run away before you can say Jack Robinson to borrow a term from Slap Shot.

As it should be. But one of the consensus opinions at the DUmp was that as long as "protection" is utilized, it's nobody's business if you have HIV. Disgusting travesty of "thinking." I don't know where those troglodytes over there get their brains.
