Those who have implied that the President’s health care law will establish “death panels,” have encountered excessive criticism. Yet, more and more information is being released identifying that rationing of care will in fact occur, and that it will be done by government bureaucracies.
For example, a phone call into The Mark Levin Show on WLS 890 from a Chicago neurosurgeon last month revealed that a Health and Human Services (HHS) document, associated with the Obama Administration’s federal health law, will inhibit patients over the age of 70 from receiving neurological care. Instead of receiving “advanced neurosurgical care,” “units,” (meaning patients), over 70 will receive care to make them “comfortable.” In order to provide the neurosurgical care, a physician would have to appeal to a “ethics committee” made up of administrators, not physicians, to determine if the services can be administered.

With respect to this one, not long, I’d say. They’re becoming more and more open about their aims by the day. They’re not even guarding their language like they used to.
People need to wake up and smell the killing fields that inhabit the imaginations of the ‘czars’ and ‘advisors’ behind the scenes of this regime.

The AANS and CNS are unaware of any federal government document directing that advanced neurosurgery for patients over 70 years of age will not be indicated and only supportive care treatment will be provided. Furthermore, in conducting our own due diligence, it appears that the caller who identified himself as a brain surgeon may not actually be a neurosurgeon, nor was there any session at the recent Congress of Neurological Surgeons’ scientific meeting in Washington, DC at which a purported government document calling for the rationing of neurosurgical care was discussed.
I simply do not believe the explanation, I also heard the live on the air interview.

Those are unelected bureaucrats. They are making law that will result in premature deaths without even a pretense of constitutional procedure.
How did they get that power, and why are the American people not clamoring to take that power from them?
Enabling acts passed by congress give bureaucrats the authority to govern by fiat, without a single congresscritter having to take responsibility for anything done by, for instance, HHS, DOE, EPA, BATFE, DOI, etc.
This circumventing of the proper functioning of a representative republic is a serious and urgent problem. Perhaps one might even call it a crisis.

It’s a basic principle of communism: accuse others of what you do.
This happens now. It just isn’t talkee about.
So the elderly are called “units/” how personal.Unborn children hacked and mutilated at 50,000,000 plus and now dehumanizing the elderly one desensitized “PC” word at a time. Damn these people in power have to go. Please vote me in as a health care committee member, I was a psych nurse that should account for something. F*** these people.
Well, when you have a society that condones murder of the unborn as a "right to privacy" or some such BS, this is its natural progression.
As of 2012. If the patient is 40 today, he'll be seventy in 2042. By then the rationing will have gotten much worse and the evil of socialized medicine and playing God with people's lives will have ramped up even more. And instead of receiving ANY neurological care, the patient will receive care to make them "comfortable".
Those with illnesses today or life-long health concerns, better wake up and realize that the government holds their longevity in its hands. They may not live to be 70.
That's the entire point. As Orwell warned us, some people are more equal than others.
The government will simply let "some of us" die.
An 82 year old friend of mine is having knee replacement surgery in a few weeks. He’s in great pain right now. He’s a veteran and has paid his share of taxes throughout his life.
According to the government bean counters, once this nightmare of a system is in place, people with intractable knee pain should just shut up and “put some ice on it”.
Thank heavens this condition isn’t life threatening.
