Those who have implied that the President’s health care law will establish “death panels,” have encountered excessive criticism. Yet, more and more information is being released identifying that rationing of care will in fact occur, and that it will be done by government bureaucracies.
For example, a phone call into The Mark Levin Show on WLS 890 from a Chicago neurosurgeon last month revealed that a Health and Human Services (HHS) document, associated with the Obama Administration’s federal health law, will inhibit patients over the age of 70 from receiving neurological care. Instead of receiving “advanced neurosurgical care,” “units,” (meaning patients), over 70 will receive care to make them “comfortable.” In order to provide the neurosurgical care, a physician would have to appeal to a “ethics committee” made up of administrators, not physicians, to determine if the services can be administered.

If a neurosurgeon ever tells me that about a loved one,,,, ill just ask them what treatment they would perform if they were working on the parent of a homicidal sociopath who only cared about their parent.
Wasn’t is Obama who said sometimes you just have to give Grandman a pain pill and let her go home and die? Yes, it was.

With Obamacare all politics will be reduced to agitating for a marginal increase in ‘coverage’ and Big Brother may even appear to grant that wish from time to time. Of course it will be the democrats who will be playing ‘Santa’ and only when they are seriously challenged at the ballot box.
Let’s see…when my mother was about 72 she got the most pernicious type of uterine cancer. She had a hysterectomy, chemo and was cured. At about 84 she got breast cancer, again, the type most likely to spread. She had a mastectomy and chemo and was cured. At 92 she broke her hip and it was replaced. Six weeks later she was walking without a walker or cane. It’s hard for me to keep up with her when she shops and she’s now 95.
Since I was a child she did exercises for an hour just after rising in the morning. Breakfast was on the table and lunches packed by the time I got up. I asked her once why she exercised so hard and she said, “I don’t want to depend on anybody when I get old. I want to stay active and productive until the day I die.”
We just had a great Christmas. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have her still in my life. Are you telling me that if we go to Obamacare that everybody’s parents will most likely die when the first treatable illness hits? What a tragedy for all the families who will unnecessarily lose their loved ones decades earlier than they would if we didn’t have Obamacare.
A friend from England told me, “If you have a serious problem, you pack off to the United States where it can be treated in the same day. Otherwise you flirt with death.” So much for socialized medicine.
While I believe this is the liberal intent, I will wait for PROOF before attacking.

OK all you Seniors like myself. Especially you who think Obama is looking out for you. Wake up and smell the Roses. This is the Democrat way of taking care of Social Security.
Two important notes. First of all, this only applies to those people on Medicare. If you have the money to afford neurological care, you can still buy it, but the administration has decided that older people without money are expendable.
Second, it should be noted that this places the elderly on Medicare on the same level as the poor on Medicaid. The difference being that the elderly on Medicare involuntarily paid for years for their benefits, and the poor didn’t.
This being the case, it opens up an opportunity for “elderly neurological insurance”, private insurance that is strictly in case of filling the gap if you are elderly and have a neurological problem.
That is, if the government allows it. I think the bottom line is that the government has said it wants elderly people to die. As horrific and unreal as it sounds, they do want this.
You’ll notice that recently, there have been several government announcements to the effect that doctors should discontinue routine diagnostic tests for things like breast and prostate cancer, that will be lethal if not detected.
A cynical person could point out that this is just a means to *increase* mortality rate among people who would otherwise have diseases that could be treated, but are expensive to treat.
We need to verify this story. If true, this is a crime against humanity.
Before long, I'll have a blinking light in the palm of my hand telling me my life is over.
Obama has found a way to bail out the failing Social Security and Medicare. Kill the people on it.
