When Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue filed a 1997 wrongful death lawsuit against the Clinton Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Prisons he had no idea that the scraps of information grudgingly released by the federal government would be the first in a 15 year trail of evidence detailing the criminal involvement of the FBI, CIA, ATF and United States Secret Service in the planning and execution of the Oklahoma City bombing.

He has documented the roles played by FBI and ATF informants in the target selection of the Alfred P. Murrah building and the acquisition of bomb making materials.

He has records of a telephone contact to Elohim City confederates by bomber Tim McVeigh 2 days prior to the blast.

He has demonstrated that the FBI systematically erased key moments in video recordings detailing the route traveled by the Ryder truck used in the bombing.

He has forced the FBI to cynically claim in federal court that known-to-exist video of individuals filmed climbing out of that Ryder truck 3 minutes before detonation has “been lost.”

First, I don't believe any U.S. government, including Clinton's, targeted the families of Americans to cover up a foreign strike that he was extremely interested in undertaking.

Second, threaten BOTH families? I think not.

Third, McVeigh "shared credit" with Nichols.

Fourth, as I said, Lance has made a detailed review of Davis---and is sympathetic---but finds the evidence severely lacking.

Recipe for "Right Wing Surprise".

Take:

• 2 angry young men that see themselves as “patriots”
• Add 1 genuine Muslim terrorist group, seasoned with logistic support (cash)
• Add 1 department of bureaucratic ineptitude in managing a sting operation (FBI).

Combine ingredients and stir. When the mixture has been thoroughly stirred up:

• Add 7 cases of improperly stored military explosives held in a commercial office building.
• 1 Rogue agency (ATF) that was never authorized to have military explosives on site.
• 1 ton or so of nitrate-based fertilizer in a rental truck parked out front.
• 1 rogue informant who never passes the word along to his handlers.

Important!

This preparation requires careful monitoring in the last few minutes of cooking to avoid messy blow-back!

Bake and serve in a covered-up dish. Season with the usual condiments. Clean up thoroughly afterwards to avoid embarrassing odors.

McVeigh presented himself as a "soldier" fighting for a "cause". Nichols fit into that narrative. Muslim terrorist backers did not.

Nichols made one carefully government controlled and stage-managed appearance after his arrest. He is now in "SuperMax" federal prison for the rest of his life. We will never again hear anything one way or another from him.
