It says the computer is part of a domain. Did the virus try to turn it into a zombie or something?

Seriously - there is a small hole in the bottom of the computer where you can use a paperclip to reset the computer.
Most likely kind of a last ditch thing, though.
The “network drive” you mention is a physical drive connected via a USB port, or is it solid state memory within the computer, or else a virtual drive in memory?
Don’t panic, it’s a matter of some settings, somebody who knows this stuff will show up sooner or later, let’s just keep bumping this thread.
