ZERO can’t “authorize” ANY payments to the U.N. because the U.S. hasn’t ceded any such power or authority to the U.N. and only the House can authorize spending bills.
Can’t wait to see which elected U.S. official explains this to the world.
No....It won’t come from the White House....

well yes, constitutionally the USA can’t sign onto such b.s. without both a ratified treaty (2/3 of US Senate) and House-initiated spending bills.... except that the Obamacrats will try to fold it into existing treaty obligations to the UN and make it part of the “dues” process with the UN, I would guess.... they’re not going to give up easily!
