A new International Climate Court will have the power to compel Western nations to pay ever-larger sums to third-world countries in the name of making reparation for supposed climate debt. The Court will have no power over third-world countries. Here and throughout the draft, the West is the sole target. The process is now irredeemably anti-Western.
Ø Rights of Mother Earth: The draft, which seems to have been written by feeble-minded green activists and environmental extremists, talks of The recognition and defence of the rights of Mother Earth to ensure harmony between humanity and nature

This is a nightmare, but can be turned around by wrecking the Democrats in 2012 with this as a key campaign issue. The Demagogues are trying to burden us for generations with their foolish policies.
There is nothing yet on ‘mainstream’ news sites because they don’t want the public to know about this scam before it is inked. I hope this bulletin can be permitted as the only rapid way to let many Freepers see what is being perpetrated right now by the UN and NGO socialists in collusion with the Obama admin. and other governments.
Time to disengage from the Global Governance who are fast taking shape and establishing the ground rules internationally.
It’s not madness Enchante...it’s outright evil pushing this nonesense across the World stage!
you’re so right, well it’s evil which feels like it ought to be madness, because calculating socialist bureaucrats from around the world are scheming feverishly right now in Durban, South Africa to make this happen....
Looks like it's a letter from the climate court.
They say I've used up all my carbon credits.
ZERO can’t “authorize” ANY payments to the U.N. because the U.S. hasn’t ceded any such power or authority to the U.N. and only the House can authorize spending bills.
Can’t wait to see which elected U.S. official explains this to the world.
No....It won’t come from the White House....
Did anyone notice that while China is bringing 2 dirty coal power plants on line each month, that they don’t have to pay any fines, under this plan?
well yes, constitutionally the USA can’t sign onto such b.s. without both a ratified treaty (2/3 of US Senate) and House-initiated spending bills.... except that the Obamacrats will try to fold it into existing treaty obligations to the UN and make it part of the “dues” process with the UN, I would guess.... they’re not going to give up easily!
U.N. dues require congressional authorization too.
Any increases intended to penalize us, can be denied.
Looks like it’s a letter from the climate court.
They say I’ve used up all my carbon credits.
Very good.
yes I know that, but the way the scam works is they work it from various angles to give a veneer of legitimacy over time, and then the Democrats, RINOs, and MSM will argue that we’re failing in our “obligations” if we don’t pay, etc.
I’m saying it is best stopped up front before it becomes something the bastards can try to slip into some appropriations bill at the 11th hour or try to pretend it has become a routine “international obligation” of belonging to the UN, etc.
Once they have an “International Climate Court” they will be indoctrinating generations of students to believe that’s just part of how the world is supposed to be.
what is this from?
what is this from?
Gotta say RAH called this one, in SIASL for one. For that matter, so did Rudyard Kipling! In "As Easy as ABC" That is, the Aeronautical Board of Control, a regulatory agency that functions as a de facto world government.
If you right click “Save as” on the image, it’ll tell you. Then just click cancel.
Any funds for this “global warming” nonsense would have to be approved by the House. Right?
Right??
I should say, right click on the image and then left click on "Save Picture As" in the pop-up menu ... then left click cancel.
It is so refreshing to see these goons slowly start to realize the gig is up.
