A new International Climate Court will have the power to compel Western nations to pay ever-larger sums to third-world countries in the name of making reparation for supposed “climate debt”. The Court will have no power over third-world countries. Here and throughout the draft, the West is the sole target. “The process” is now irredeemably anti-Western.

Basically the Durban Convention of Assorted Leftist Lunatics (DCALL) is most of the world’s poorest countries demanding that the richest countries subsidize them into infinity. Purported global warming is just the scam they’re using. The various third-world autocrats have concluded that the previous methods of bilking the first world countries of their wealth wasn’t getting them enough swag. Something else had to be thought up. AGW is that vehicle.

I’m just thinking of what will look like when it’s -50 degrees in January in my part of the woods, and I’m told the appeal process will take several weeks to respond to my documentation. It’ll be a lot like starving the kulaks, this time with heating oil.
There’s some indication today on the blogs that Monckton may be responding in part to a hoax or parody document being circulated, but I have to say from reading a lot of UN and left-wing verbiage through the years that the quotes ring true for a large swath of the NGO, EU, Obamacrats, and UN leftists.
So even if that specific piece of paper may turn out to be a hoax (we don’t know yet), it is summarizing widely held beliefs and goals for the activist left.
It does not reduce at all the threats posed by Durban and Kyoto type UN farces, although if the doc does turn out to be a hoax that will be used to try to discredit critics.
I’ve never seen it but I know that is Charleton Heston(sp)
and that was my first guess.

seems like the CAGW fanatics had to settle for a pseudo-deal that allows them to pretend the ‘process’ is ongoing, but I don’t see indications that anything will really replace Kyoto except more b.s. without real obligations:

I think the CAGW scam is finally unravelling but they can’t allow that to be acknowledged and hope to somehow find a rabbit-in-a-hat.
