A seven year old boy takes the John Wayne image of manhood seriously, and is now in big trouble.
A 7-year-old boy is being investigated by his South Boston elementary school for possible sexual harassment after kicking another boy in the crotch.
A seven year old boy was being choked and robbed of his gloves, when he kicked his attacker in the nuts. Thus he ended the assault and prevented the theft.
The school system now claims that the response was an example of sexual assault and they are conducting an investigation.
The mother of first grader, Tasha Lynch:
Hes 7 years old. He doesnt know anything about sexual harassment.
Mark Curran the perpetrator, said his attacker had been bullying him all week on the bus.
His mother says the boy reported to her:
He just all of a sudden came up to him, choked him. He wanted to take his gloves, and my son said, I couldnt breathe, so I kicked him in the testicles,'"He couldnt breathe. He was trying to defend himself, I dont find that sexual harassment. I find that defending himself.
Ms Lynch says she received a phone call informing her that the incident will be treated as sexual harassment because of inappropriate touching.

My post makes perfect sense. Your belief that women are incapable of functioning as human beings is what makes no sense. It may reflect the reality of your world, but not all women are dismal failures. If you are the kind of person you claim all women are, it’s your own fault. Stop blaming God for making you be born female. At some point, you have to take responsibility for your own actions, and stop using the excuse that you can’t help it because you’re just a female.
Um, okay. How does that relate to the Boston School Committee’s mishandling of the situation?
I think it has to do with the fact that they aren’t answerable to the people, who passed off their civic responsibility when they decided to stop voting for members, and instead let the mayor appoint members based on the racial, ethnic and socioeconomic diversity of the city. http://www.bostonpublicschools.org/committee
It was meant primarily to relate to your disagreement with goat granny that women generally make poorer executive decisions than men. Her statement relates directly to the Boston school situation. The two things are related because making sound decisions requires being well informed to some extent.
You mean like the fact that men are more likely than women to leave the toilet seat up, proving they are inconsiderate and should not be placed in positions of authority?
***A seven year old boy was being choked and robbed of his gloves, when he kicked his attacker in the nuts. Thus he ended the assault and prevented the theft. ****
Sounds to me like the bully was choking and robbing the boy of his gloves, but settled for pounding his crotch on the boy’s foot and shoe. Talk about a foot fetish!
No, I meant, and said, that it was a function of not being well informed.
Someone has sex on their mind and it isn’t the 7-year-old.
The Duke would be proud of the boy.
The world is much larger than your circle of friends and family.
I have no problem sending school officials to prison for requiring students to submit to crime.
My only criticism of this kid is that he didn’t kick hard enough to fracture the little darling’s pubic bone.
“Krav Maga - windmill technique breaks that chokehold. Usually sets up to HAMMER your elbow into the attackers teeth, nose, throat, eyes, etc. too.
I saw a 115 lb girl put a 260 lb guy flat on his back with this. “
It appears that a kick to the groin does the job too.
I never mentioned my friends and family. I linked to a national research poll.
Hurtin nutz
Lyndon Baines Johnson said it regarding getting politicians to come around to his point of view.
I told my kids about the story. Then explained the politically correct bull crap. I told them to kick the bully in the nuts, punch his throat, and take his eyes out, if he was still attacking them. Then when they are safe (he stops because of major pain), get away. If the morons(out of control officials) press charges against my kids, I’ll deal with them, and their stupid charges.
PS- I taught my kids to be nice!
That’s all well and good in a controlled setting. Unless you frequently practice(spar) with contact, it’s usually only good for such a setting. I’ve seen “students” in the martial arts get their clocks cleaned because they had no idea what to do in a real situation.
And what did the school do about the bully who had been picking on him all week?
I thought the schools were all death on bullies.
What hypocrites.
Another take on the same incident pinged out earlier.
He could have kicked him Texas-style, then performed a Heimlich maneuver to keep the other kid from choking on his . . . well . . . there are ladies present, but I think you get the point.
Men don't have any better track record for making any better decisions.
It's not the gender of the person in charge but the common sense and considering these are educrats being promoted to their level of incompetence. It's irrelevant whether they're men or women. They're a product of the system. THAT'S what the problem is.
