On December 12th, Occupy Denver seemingly plans to "shut down" the WalMart distribution center in Loveland on December 12th.
Please, if you are able, join us this Saturday for the Free Markets - Free People Rally in the State Cap in downtown Denver.
Word is 500 or so occupiers from Springs and Pueblo plan to come counter protest us.
We do not know this to be accurate, but that is the word we are getting. So we can use all the bodies we can get.
It will be cold out, so do dress warmly. Despite the given time frame, we do not expect to be there for more than an hour and a half.
We also are doing a food drive, to demonstrate that charity is the responsibility and pleasure of the individual, not of the government.
Please bring some food items if you are able.
All details are here - > http://hearus-now.org/?p=3003
Share the info with your friends too please.
Some of the speakers will be, Senator Shawn Mitchell, Jon Caldera, a rep from Americans for Prosperity, and two or three others.
Thanks all.
Can you open carry here? Anyone joining the Free Market crowd should have their side arm with them displayed, if allowed.
My logic is, the occupiers won’t try to beat up or push around any of you knowing that some - majority of you are carrying weapons. They will keep in line.
Other than that, any time is a good time to exercise your rights.
Way to go L-OWS-ers, you'll show Walmart.
Loveland is pretty conservative.
I don’t think they are going to get a warm welcome unless they want to get free lodging in the jail.
I'm sure Big Sis will be all over this.
Not a point that seems to fit with the rest of their agenda.
Hey, Wal-Mart. If Colorado won’t protect you, move the jobs down to Texas. It’s less than 500 miles to Amarillo
Maybe not the Occupy agenda, but it does fit with a Free Market agenda.
You shut down WalMart, you’ll have to answer to the ChiComs.
Is OWS sure they want to go there?
Yes, you can open carry in Colorado.
They've been trying to provoke violence since they started - but cops are on to their games. Showing force would play into their paranoid fantasy of melodrama... don't give ‘em what they want.
Ignore them - or smile or laugh at their pranks. Carry a sign that says, “com cars aren't toilets’ or something like that .... That's what they hate.

A google search found this-- Shut Down the Waterfront
It seems to be a nation wide effort.
Of course, when done some weeks ago in Oakland, it ended with violence, fires, a decent amount of property damage and a great loss of money for the area.

A trucking center?? They most be dumber then they look..
Lots of squished morons in the future.......
Showing that you have the means to defend yourself does not cause violence....
You must believe guns are bad, and that they cause violence.
If WalMart shuts down, where will the 1% shop and work now?
I owned my first guy when I was five years old. That's not the issue.
Whips are fine for moving cattle too - but taking one to a San Francisco bath house called 'Beat Me' might not be a great idea. Same for bringing a gun to an Occupy site - just don't want to make the dregs that happy.
Don’t use your rights, get ready to lose them.
Work?? Dude, what’s that?
