No one ever said to be fooled but to discount people that use their real names with real bona fides is just plain childish, rude, and insulting.

Marcus Luttrell has every right to his opinion and we all can certainly weight what he has to say, but to say his OPINION is a fact because what he is saying supports your personal beliefs is simple gullibility just as much as taking the word of an anonymous poster.

Perry is a RINO if there ever was one, and anyone saying otherwise will never go unchallenged.

I do not spend much time here. I am only posting articles for CW while she is out of town. I don’t cruise around the threads at FR. It has probably been two years or more since I’ve seen your screen name in any post. All I remember about you is how both of us enjoyed Jack Wheeler’s articles. You still miss the point. People should not be jumped on and told to eff off if they don’t take a person’s claims online as the gospel truth. People should respect that some of us are more skeptical after being online for years.

Absolutely not! In fact, my comments didn’t mention any names and it was in the spirit of peacemaking. No one on this thread could be said to “berate SEALs on FR, or call them liars, or otherwise dismiss their viewpoints.”

Oh, I totally agree. I have a different plan entirely. I think Perry comes closer to my plan than anyone else, altough Huntsman did say some things I liked.

We should not put our troops anywhere in the middle east. Those people get bad leadership, fight, rebel, get worse leadership and so it goes.

They will never change in a meaningful way. Our men and women should not be sacrificed.

That’s why I was so on board with what Perry said about intelligence operations being important. We should concentrate on that and if we find that somebody over there is cooking up some WMD’s, give them 24 hours notice to get the people out and then bomb the heck out of the place.

It won’t happen twice.

And, shield, I see Rick Perry as the only one I would trust to do this. I think he would be tough on this issue which is not something I would say about any of the other candidates.

Newt would have a million ideas, implement half of the right ones and half of the wrong ones.

Cain doesn’t have a clue.

Santorum seems like a whiny wimp although I respect his positions on social issues.

Bachmann might actually be tough, sometimes women are but I don’t know how she feels about this.

Bachmann gave classified information in the last debate to better everyone else especially Perry. She is not trustworthy...you know she can’t keep a staff and no one likes her at all on Capital Hill. Talk about a goof ball...that woman has been showing her true colors. In the beginning, I really liked her as I did Cain but after time passed boy could I see both of them as a person who is not fit to be POTUS. What a mess. Both wasting lots of money for nought.

Perry’s plan to dismantle the US govt comes from his foreign partners——who despise America and want it demolished. They want Perry in DC to do the job.

Well, there you are, on record as wanting the intrusive, expansive, and expensive Federal government.

I don't. I want our Federal government to be a small as is possible to effectively exercise responsibility over it's *CONSTITUTIONAL* duties... and nothing more.

Everything else that people want can be handled at the state level.
