Neither did Washington when he chose Gates & Arnold!!! But......to his and our credit, good luck and the future of our country, GW learned quickly, and changed the personnel. Of course, Arnold turned out to be a traitor!!! In fact, many around Washington, did not give him wise counsel and tried to tear him down. But....GW learned how to split the wheat from the chafe.
I'm not sure if I have found all my ethnicity, very mixed breed, but I do confess to being human and an American.
Not really sure about being a Jew, EXCEPT when I looked on one of the Heraldry websites for my mothers name, it stated "Where did the German Jews come from".
That was just this last year, and WOW. Called one of my cousins and said "We've got to talk". Of course we are all ecstatic to be JEWS if this is true.

Well that’s a load of rubbish. I’ve watched a majority of his speeches and have never heard him say anything about “favoring” minorities. That must have been a hallucination on your part. The 909, the ‘opportunity zones’, from where you might have hallucinated, is not based on “minorities” or anything like that. Basically, a depressed area can apply to be under the 909 if it fits certain qualifications and is willing to make political reforms, such as right-to-work laws. The idea is that the whole country is technically an “opportunity zone” under 999, but these more depressed areas (primarily liberal areas) can be opportunity x 2. There is no “welfare” or handouts going on, but rather hand ups, since the idea is to accelerate business growth in these areas.
This is one of the reasons why I like the 999 plan so much. It is phase one of a plan to take us to the fair tax. I didn’t come to Cain for superficial reasons, but because this plan represents a real way to change the culture in this country. If we can prove to the American people, overwhelmingly, that the philosophy of individual responsibility is better than the “entitlement” gospel the left preaches, then we can really change the direction of this country beyond just one or two political terms...
The minority angle is also important, since, in reality, most blacks are far more conservative than most people even realize. I have a bunch of black friends whom I discussed Obama with. Each of them voted for Obama and have always voted for the Demonrats. However, when I really probed on individual issues, I actually couldn’t find very much that they even agreed with Obama on. Some of them even openly insulted people who lived off of welfare rather than getting a job. These people basically do not understand the Democrats at all, and don’t understand Republicans. They live in a fictional world. If we can show these people that they’ve been deceived and that the conservative economic policy works, we can really change things. It’s easier for them to hear this from an authentic and proud black man than a white man. Same thing for other minorities, as I am also a minority myself (though a lifelong conservative).
As for the Fox and Friends rubbish. I have never seen such a video, and if it is what you said it is, I probably would have seen it already. Cain’s pro-life stance goes back into the early and late 2000s. Pro-life organizations have endorsed him and continue to do so even after the weird goofy answers he gave to Stossel and Co. I think we can be pretty sure that when he says he’ll sign pro-life legislation and appoint pro-life judges, we can believe it, and considering he’s perfectly okay with tearing down the tax code, I think we can be sure he’ll be okay with making bold, unpolitically correct judge choices.
I don’t know anything about who he voted for, and I find it absurd since Cain is famous for that debate he had with Clinton about hillarycare where he basically schooled Clinton for about 8 minutes. Perhaps you’ve made it up like the “oh, oh, he favors Blacks!” accusation?
And as for the lobbyist thing. That’s simply silly. He was in charge of the National Restaurant Association. He had people working for him lobbying in favor of good business laws or against raising the minimum wage. In other words, principles that are automatically conservative. It’s not like he was a banker or working for some foreign government. Get real, man.
As for Perry, I think Perry would make a good President too. I live in Texas and I respect Perry a great deal, and I think he is a good man. I also know he has been tougher on the border than most people give him credit for, despite his Bush-like mistakes. Most likely, at the worst, he’d be as bad as Bush is on the border, but I tend to think he’ll listen to those who got him into office and wouldn’t betray us. The whole Gardasil accusations are completely nonsense, and I lost respect for Michelle Bachmann for her harping on it. The only problem with Perry is that I think his economic plan is tax simplification and not really tax reform. We have an opportunity to make some lasting changes in this country and his plan doesn’t go far enough.
The fair tax is where I want to be. Let’s go there and not take half measures to appease the liberals or to be nice enough so that everyone climbs on board. Let’s charge for what we want boldly while we have this momentum. An Obama as transparently marxist is a once in a life time event at this point. If we don’t strike a lasting blow NOW, Marxism will become a normalized thing for this country.
What I don’t understand is the anti-Cain sentiment among conservatives. All of it is based on things that have no real substance, and the solution given is to latch on to someone else with even documented lack of substance. Maybe YOU’RE being paid by somebody? If you are, can you tell me how to get in on that? I’d love to get paid just to post on internet forums. That be awesome.

The National Resturant Association is a lobbyist group and Cain ran it for 3 years.
By the way, I keep hearing blacks are conservative but even Herman himself voted for pro-choice Clinton and Herman's wife votes regularly for Democrats.
What are you, some kind of a Robot? You’re grasping at straws here and ignored everything I said. What do those quotes have to do with anything? Was that from his first speech about empowerment zones? Because he was talking to an all-black crowd in detroit with Alvida King (a pro-life leader!). You made Cain out to be some kind of pro-affirmative action guy who favors blacks. Those quotes don’t prove a single thing, and you didn’t even bother to reply to any of the points I actually made. Get real. There’s a line between pointing out a candidate’s faults and actually just trying to destroy him.
the first quote was from an interview on CNN Oct 14th before the Detroit speech. His own words speak to how he really thinks. If I wanted to really get rough I could have posted the interview on Face the Nation where he said 9-0-9 was always the plan it was just no cared to research it yet it's clear from the CNN interview it was never part of the plan. Look if he had said 9-0-9 for everyone under the poverty level I wouldn't bitch but he didn't say that, he formed zones or used pre existing zones for certain groups to benefit. That is not conservative.
If you clicked the link to the Fox and Friends interview which you insinuated I made up you would have heard Cain himself say what I said he said.
Look if you want to vote for Cain that's your business but I gave you the facts. I didn't try to make Cain out as anything, he made himself out that way by saying what he said.
By the way he didn't say it 10 years ago, he said it a month or so ago during the campaign.
