I don't know why this question keeps getting asked, as if it is some unexplainable mystery?
The answer is simple & the same this month as last month & next month, too:
Obama is furiously giving our money to political supporters, who will then return some of that money to him as campaign contributions. He is buying reelection.
Nothing more, nothing less.
