Spies and such are never as portrayed by actors in movies and on tv.
Ever hear of Max Manus? He was a true Norwegian hero and saboteur who the Nazis never captured and he did many acts of sabotage against them. Max Manus was a high school dropout, he fought as a volunteer against the Soviets in the Finnish Winter war. When the Nazis invaded Norway, he immediately took up arms against them.
There is a movie (can livestream from Netflix) about him and his fellow resistance fighters. At the end of the movie, they show actual photographs of the people portrayed. The thing that struck me was none of them looked like heroes, but for the most part more like a bunch of nerdy kids, who did some very extraordinarily brave things.

Since no one else has spoken up, I suppose I will have to.
Mind you, I am not passing any judgments here, but my ~35 years active and reserve service in Air Force and Army requires me to point out the following:
The subject is wearing an old-style, 4-button U.S. Air Force uniform ("Uxbridge Blue 1683"), which was standard from 1947 until recently. The new 3-button style with belt was phased in starting in 1993 and mandatory by 2000. On this uniform the "US" insignia are displayed incorrectly, as they should be parallel to the ground.
I'll mark that up to a hazy memory and recent trip to the salvage store.
He also wears a UK paratroop qualification badge, the Combat Infantry Badge, U.S. Army Good Conduct Medal, U.S. Air Force Outstanding Unit Award (created in 1954), the WW II Victory Medal, the Army & Air Force WW II Occupation Medal, Armed Forces Reserves Medal (created in 1950), the Expert Marksmanship Badge (in two weapons), and U.S. Army "jump wings".
There are no ribbons denoting awards for valor or meritorius service. It would be almost impossible for anyone who qualified for such prestigious badges, especially the CIB, not to end up with at least an Air Medal or Commendation Medal, but I suppose that these could all be classified.
I would not bother to point the above out had I not run into literally dozens of "resume padders" over the years. "Covert Ops" seems to be their favorite MOS/AFSC.
