While it is very early in the race to set anything firm...what are Freeper thoughts of a Cain Gingrich ticket?
I said Bachmann is a serious candidate.
If I were betting I would say Cain or Romney will get the nomination.
I’m just wondering what the definition of a serious candidate is. Is Obama a serious candidate?
Does serious mean you don’t like them, or does serious mean they are not electable?
I’m shocked too about how Cainiacs are not seeing Cain’s
flaws. His supporters are circleing the wagon just like when Clinton was accused of his problems before he was impeached. Obama must be loving this.

Not only is Bachmann not a serious candidate for president, her dishonesty and attacks on fellow conservatives has turned off her "base" at home and her reelection to the House is doubtful. I supported Bachmann in her house and presidential campaigns and now I wouldn't give her a dime. She should bone up on the latest tax codes because she will be looking for a job soon.
I’ve been hoping for that ticket. Newt does a great job of filling in Cain’s weak spots (legislative expertise and foreign affairs).
Both are smart, and would wipe the floor with Obama and Biden.
Cain is like democracy, he is the worst...except for all of the alternatives.

As for Mr. Cain, perhaps we just like to think there is at least one honest, normal person in this race.
The problem with the 999 taxing corporations/national sales TAX, is.
Corporations NEVER PAY TAXES. Consumers DO.

Really? An honest to God rocket scientist with a resume that outshines almost anyone is a JOKE?
A man that understands the nuances of damn near any situation at first glance is a JOKE?
It’s time to stop the joking, Cain is a powerful and likable speaker and leader. He’s proven it in many varied situations.
Did you have the opportunity to listen to his talk show? For 5 plus years this guy put his opinions out there for anyone to hear. Not a joke, his opinions. They are the most cogent conservative opinions out there, with no contradiction.
He’s commented for five and a half years, three hours a day 5 days a week, his opinions are out there. You can agree with them or not, but they are definitely not a JOKE, they are rock ribbed Americana.
