Oh yes... In fact, the murders of *two* Federal agents on US soil, open up *ALL* (as in each and every one) of the people involved in this mess to the death penalty, under RICO statutes. Holder and Obama would be just as guilty as any drug kingpin under those statutes for murders committed by others in order to further their criminal enterprise. If that's not enough I was thinking of their material assistance given to multiple international drug cartels. Many more murder charges lie in that and range from many dozens of Mexican citizens to all levels of Mexican LEOs from the local to the federal level.
Apparently the UN and the Hague are prejudiced and don't consider Mexico worthy of defending because there are a slew of charges to be made there too. The 0bama administration has put the U.S. squarely in the rogue nation category.
