You are speaking of their own criminal enterprise to undermine the Constitution. Which is a valid charge that also includes sedition apart from the racketeering charges.

If that's not enough I was thinking of their material assistance given to multiple international drug cartels. Many more murder charges lie in that and range from many dozens of Mexican citizens to all levels of Mexican LEOs from the local to the federal level.

Apparently the UN and the Hague are prejudiced and don't consider Mexico worthy of defending because there are a slew of charges to be made there too. The 0bama administration has put the U.S. squarely in the rogue nation category.

Undoubtedly true, but what is likewise true is that the UN and the Hague are both quite untrustworthy, in my eyes, and have eschewed the only appropriate penalty for such crimes, that being the death penalty. Best that they *NOT* be involved, then...

The 0bama administration has put the U.S. squarely in the rogue nation category.

Cogent point, and one which makes it incumbent upon *US* to rectify the wrong and appropriately punish the evildoers, to remove that taint of "rogue nation". Once again, for such crimes, there is only one appropriate penalty...
