Pelosi and Reid are responsible and made a LOT OF MONEY
from it.
Congress is silent, and should themselves be indicted.

“Minor vs. Happersett” was trumped by “Coyote vs. Roadrunner.”

"In this unanimous decision, the Supreme Court defined a native or natural-born citizen as a person born in the US to parents who were citizens"If the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that there is no doubt a rabbit is an animal, does that mean a dog isn't?

Help me understand this, Justia.com is a website where people can go and read Supreme Court cases. Justia placed altered information on their website. The Supreme Court info itself was not altered, so people could still go there for the correct data but if they went to Justia it was altered. Is that right?

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government's reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America's debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, the buck stops here. Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better."

No one did, because Minor doesn’t say what the fevered birthers claim it says. If it had, either Hillary or the GOP would have cited it.
There is a reason no state legislature or state DA, no Congressman and no court pays attention to birthers. They have no case. Legally, their arguments are total hogwash.

Findlaw.com is the main legal information website that I'm aware of. Justia comes in second when you google "legal information website" and twelfth when you google "law information website." Lawyers use pay-services Lexis and Westlaw.
I googled some cases and sometimes justia.com amd up high on the list, sometimes not. Oyez.com, Casebriefs.com, and Law.cornell.edu all came up pretty early on some searches.
She may be on to something, though. Somebody should pursue it.
