So the ATF knew the money was coming in, and made sure that the dealer had enough guns to facilitate the buy. Most likely it was U.S. government money from the FBI to their informant. Only more investigation will unravel this. Kudos to Chairman Issa. If he keeps this up, he may save the Republic!
