Regardless of who you supported in 2008, or whether you agree with the assertion of Minor’s relevance, every American should be outraged that 25 Supreme Court cases were surgically sabotaged and then passed off to the public as if the tampered versions contained the “Full Text of Case”. This is the very definition of “Orwellian” fascism.... ....The reality that both candidates eligibility was questionable according to Minor v. Happersett appears to have been known and handled by somebody’s legal team....

For those citing Minor for support of Obama's eligibility, it seems others in the business of republishing legal opinions seem to fear too close of an examination of or attention to Minor. Seems like the constant scrubbing of facts/opinions contrary to the Obama narrative/myth, Obama's lack of any meaningful transparency, the media's unquestioning support for the 'official' fairy tale, the keeping of school records and passport histories under lock and key - all point to the probability that there is one, more than one, or a mountain of troubling somethings there.

I don’t think that it was 25 opinions that were scrubbed but rather 25 locations in the justia.com website that were scrubbed in order to hide that one ruling.

Leo Donofrio is a paranoid idiot. Back when he first started freaking out over this, it took me just a matter of minutes to find numerous examples of citations missing during the same time frame that had nothing to do with Minor or citizenship.

Previous versions of the New York State Board of Elections website that listed the qualifications for the Presidential Candidates to be a Natural Born Citizen have not only been scrubbed, but their website has html source code embedded to prevent archiving and specifically coded to be excluded in archival sites such as the Way Back Machine.

I don’t know about you - but I don’t want ANYONE messing with material that they don’t own.

It would be one thing for Justia to remove all cases in which Minor v. Happersett was a citation entirely from its web site.

But, it is a different matter if you remove the citation from a case, but leave the case intact. You have then altered a document that you don’t own.

What if I was a law student and had to refer to a particular case - knowing that I had a test on the material the next day? Then I take the test and it asks for the citations. I know the citations cold EXCEPT for Minor v. Happersett - since it was removed from the text of the case by Justia ...
