Perry egged Romney on and Romney lost his cool.
It reminded me of the Tom Cruise movie in which he, as a naval lawyer, eggs on Jack Nickols, a Marine Colonel, who totally loses cool, too.
Red-faced Romney resorted to schoolyard antics.
In fact, throughout the evening Romney would laugh derisively at anyone who said anything to him. He’d toss his head back and out would come that haughty laugh.

Personally, I thought Perry was obnoxius. He wouldn’t let Romney speak and ran all over his words, making accusations about him hiring illegals.
I had my tree cut the other day and of course the landscaper spoke English but the workers did not, and seemed to be illegal. Typically they are, and are underpaid by the man running the operation. It was the same problem Romney had and he fired the landscapers twice for it, saying he was in politics and running for office and couldn’t afford to be known to be using illegals. I’m sure that is exactly how it went, it’s pretty near impossible to use a landscaper without getting illegals in their employ.
I didn’t like Perry’s accusations and I didn’t like the tactic of talking over Romney when the rules were to let the other guy repsond for 30 seconds uninterupted.
Perry did the same to nutburger Ron Paul not long ago.
Your criticism of Romney on this is valid, and it applies just as much to Perry.
And despite that, Perry will not rise substantially in the polls and won’t get the nomination.

This is the first clip from the debates that I have been exposed to. What a joke. It’s entertainment and ratings. It’s not an election process as people understand it.
And both of those guys look like boobs, though I normally like them smaller and of a different consistency.

The Mormon Protective Association (MPA) wasn’t there to help Romney. They’ll be out in force today, though. Fire a Mormon and the leaders of the church will tell the church members to boycott your business. Give a Mormon a poor job evaluation, and you’ll receive a threat from a higher ranking Mormon. It’s a business and not a religion.
