Not in the general election. He has already admitted his 999 plan is a tax hike, but it is a broad-based tax hike on those who can least afford it. People paying capital gains tax are not as affected as those who don’t have much capital to be taxed. Anyone paying no taxes or in the 10 percent bracket would have to be a fool to go for this, especially those in California or New York who are already paying 9 or 10 percent sales tax.

Good luck with this. Everyone trying to show they’re not racist or not part of the “elite,” whatever that is.
