I’d rather watch the Blue Angels than a ballet.

A Fleet Week ballet? Would that also be playing with the Pirates of Penzance?

Ballet? I didn't know the Blue Angels could dance!
Who woulda thunk that the elimination of "don't ask don't tell" policies woulda hit the Navy this quickly?

Hmm...Hill may not like the Blue Angels, but I suspect that he does enjoy loud, violating displays of power of another sort.
Hey, not that there’s anything *wrong* with that...

We hear this every year from these cry babies.
Viewing tip: For the best view go to the roof of the Anchorage parking structure on Beach St. for a 360 degree view.
This year we are watching it from a friends boat should be AWESOME!!

I told my buddies not to wear tutus on liberty, especially in San Francisco, but would they listen?

I’ve often thought The Blue Angels were like ballet in the sky.

I have strong feelings about the Folsom Street Fair. I do not like it.
I find it to be a loud, violating display of aberrant sexuality that goes against what I stand for.
Think Mr. Hill would support my right to put that in the Chronic? Somehow I doubt it.

Fleet Week should be on the ballet in SF My first thought was that there was a typo......then I saw that it was SF, so prolly not.

Rich Hill is a writer and teacher living in San Francisco, and has only contempt for men better than himself.

What in the heck does that have to do with Fleet Week or Blue Angels?
As this person richly demonstrated -

One crank on the Boston Herald web-site complained “how would you like to wake up one morning and find an American Air Craft carrier anchored off your shore”. I replied that if you can see the Carrier it means they are either on Shore Leave or your country has suffered a devastating Natural Disaster and the Carrier has 2 Nuclear Reactors that can power a city. has a Hospital that can handle 5,000 patients, water desalinization units that provide unlimited drinking water and helicopters that can deliver food to hard to reach places. And besides if your country has been naughty, the carrier you don’t see might just be “turning into the wind”.
