Perry's action on immunizations and immigration are concerns I've had for a while. But the statement that really blips my radar is this:
In 1989 he joined the Republican Party that had begun taking root in Texas as the Democratic Party ideology began moving left.
The democrats have been left since WAY before 1989. What happened in 1989 that changed his mind? What way of thinking changed in him?

The democrats have been left since WAY before 1989. What happened in 1989 that changed his mind? What way of thinking changed in him? When H.W. Bush won in 88, he seemed to be moving the GOP to the left...just sayin'
