The likes of George Monbiot and Al Gore get pretty hysterical about global warming / cooling / dimming or whatever current theory is in vogue. The science is settled they scream in an attempt to block any debate. In reality physicists, as a sub-section of the scientific community, are a lot less keen on the whole carbon and climate scare racket. Scientists are not usually unanimous on any subject which is complex.

“Let’s be clear: the work of science has nothing whatever to do with consensus. Consensus is the business of politics. Science, on the contrary, requires only one investigator who happens to be right, which means that he or she has results that are verifiable by reference to the real world. In science consensus is irrelevant. What is relevant is reproducible results. The greatest scientists in history are great precisely because they broke with the consensus.” — Michael Crichton

Hey don’t diss the politicians and the scientists. They know better than the average person. We must all give up our rights to make decisions to them, they know the issues far better than we do.
Remember in the 40s and 50s when the doctors were on tv promoting cigarettes as healthy and safe, and that you ought to smoke? These people never ever are wrong. So much smarter and wise and unbiased and unblemished by their own biases and weaknesses and selfishness.

"The science is settled" is the most unscientific statement that anyone can ever make So very true. And the fact that this statement holds so much weight amongst liberals is proof of the success of the destruction of student minds through what now passes for education.
How can anything but evil deliberately plan to profit from the creation of an army of morons?
People talk about "the coming" of the rule of the antichrist. LOL, look around - it's here right now.

The kooks and cons have settled on their politics and schemes. That passes for science for liberals and progressive Republicans.

Science is “always skeptical” until repeatable experimental proof establishes fact. Then you have to watch for exceptions that indicate there is more to learn, because there always is.

Yes. It is settled science, just shut up and put that silly telescope down.

Real Western scientists don’t do two things: Brag about how smaaart they are and how stupid everyone else is and claim that science is settled so they can close their minds like politically correct Marxists.
They know they are smart and don’t feel the need to brag about it and they know that if science was settled, they would be out of a job.

Lehman Brothers was heavily invested in Wind and Solar and was one of the reasons why it went under.
The Environmentalist movement perpetrated by the environmentalist monks is all in part of those who want to bring upon all of us economic ruin , to collapse the US economy and US dollar.
If the " GREEN " economy was sustainable ? why then ? did Solyndra , Lehman Brothers fail ?
The California smelt, caused thousands of California farmers to go under.
The " GREEN " agenda, and the environmentalist movement is nothing more than the Marxists plan and agenda to collapse the US and world economies, to collapse the US dollar, to cause world wide starvation, world wide strife and hardships.
The Global Warming Monster movement is the " GREEN " movement.
It's a monster that needs to be put back into it's cage.

The controlling , power hunger monks , priests of the dark ages want to keep the people ignorant of the truth.
We have entered the " DARK AGES " of the scientific age because they say " the science is " Settled " in their minds.

Their consensus to keep the people ignorant of the truth, the dark ages, history is repeating it's self.
