Between Chris Lee's Craigslist escapades and Anthony Weiner's sexting, Congress has seen some high-profile ethical lapses this year.
While Lee and Weiner's transgressions cost them their seats, some of their colleagues have had better luck weathering scandals — including bribery scandals, tax fraud, letting an aide who once stabbed his girlfriend handle "women's issues."
Their offenses are detailed in the seventh annual list of the most corrupt members of Congress, released by the government watchdog Citizen's For Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW)
This year's list features a number of repeat offenders, as well as some freshman legislators who've already gotten themselves into dicey legal problems.
All told, CREW identified 14 lawmakers who engaged in well-documented, egregious acts in the past year. Questionable behavior from years past didn't count — which accounts for Charlie Rangel's conspicuous absent from the following list.

This is a left wing publication, just like the most of them. Whatever they say about anything cannot be trusted.
A vast majority are probably corrupt to one degree or another, but it’s simplistic and mindless to say that they’re all equally corrupt. You really think good conservatives like Mike Pence and Steve King are anywhere near as corrupt as Charlie Rangel or Maxine Waters.
I took a look at CREW’s staff, mostly (surprise) Liberals.
From what I’ve read of CREW it appears to be another one of the thousands of wiggly legs of the Leftist smearipede. IIRC it too is quite heavily supported by OSI (Soros).
CREW is a soros funded org.
I know about Fannie and Freddie. How much did Frank pull down from these fiascoes? Do you know?

I don’t know Mr. Frank’s finances, but I do know he’s admitted to getting a boy toy of his a nice cushy job at Fannie Mae.

If you need more proof that Barney is dirty, you can sniff around for it yourself.
Almost all politicians are dirty. Most of them enrich themselves. Frank just looks like a schmuck to me. His suits look like they come Target. I don't like him. In fact I detest him. But I'd like to have more information before I rank him with the biggest thieves in Congress.

After seeing the results of the work of the Banking Queen (Frank), I don’t need anymore proof. When President Bush saw the danger of the looming housing bubble, the Banking Queen stated that there was no danger and threatened the investigators.
Billions of dollars flowing through Fannie and Freddie with his best butty safely ensconced in Freddie, making a fat haul, Frank knew exactly what he was doing — robbing this country blind.
