Obama’s ineligibility: Congress is hopelessly corrupt and must be completely replaced in 2012

The leadership of the Democrat and Republican Parties has ordered every member of Congress to lie to the American people.

Barack Obama was never eligible to be President because his father was Kenyan, which made Obama a British subject at birth with dual allegiance and not a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution.

Congress knows that Obama is an illegal President, has a stolen Social Security Number and has forged his birth documents and Selective Service registration.

Nevertheless, all members of Congress have been instructed to feed their constituents misinformation until Obama’s crimes are overtaken by events, namely the 2012 election.

Our permanent political establishment hopes that, with the help of an obsequious mainstream media, the public will forget the politicians’ complicity in the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people.

It is truly sad that some members of Congress, who citizens expect to possess higher standards of behavior, have been co-opted to participate in this deceit.

According to the British Nationality Act (1948), illegitimate children did not inherit nationality from their fathers. Muslims could legally marry more than one woman (in an Islamic ceremony), but only the children of the first wife could inherit nationality.

Since BHO Sr. was legally and properly married to Kezia before he (allegedly) married SAD and (allegedly) fathered BHO II, Obama would not have UK nationality under either British or US law.

British, because he was either a bastard or the legitimate child of a second marriage, US, because the marriage to Kezia made any "marriage" conducted in the US a nullity.

Even if Hussein is born out of wedlock His father is, nevertheless, not a US citizen and is therefor incapable of passing eligibility for the presidency of the US to his progeny. If, on the other hand, Hussein is not the child of his putative father and his paternity is in doubt, he is still not eligible for the presidency since one of his parent’s citizenship is unknown.
The relevent question is, “What branch of government is responsible for judging the eligibility of the president to hold office?”
The SC claims, by its actions, that it is not.
Local state officials refuse to act on their responsibility to approve a person filing for candidacy.
The Congress is hopelessly compromised.
Citizen actions are of no significance without an arm of government to carry their concerns.
The media steadfastly refuses to deal with the issue.

Hussein has won the day by virtue of completely escaping responsibility for proving his eligibility. He has said in various venues that he is not eligible according to the letter of the Constitution. Such concerns are of no significance to one who openly subverts the law of the land.

Why do you suppose the procedure for counting electoral votes in open session was spelled out in such detail in Article II, section 1?

There is no other action of a component branch that is spelled out in such detail.

The issue of Obama's eligibility was in order in the special joint session of Congress held on January 6, 2009. The floor was opened for objections, and none were heard. Written objections by ONE Member of Congress and ONE Senator were also in order, and none were submitted. Obama's eligibility was affirmed, legally and constitutionally, and his certificate of election was signed by the President of the Senate, Richard Cheney of Wyoming.

So, as far as the role of branches of the Federal government, singly or in concert, this issue was closed on that date.

Yes, that is correct, and this issue was well known and in order on January 6, 2009 - the date that President of the Senate Cheney, without objection, signed Obama's certificate of election.

The next date that this issue can be opened is November 6, 2012.
