Forgiveness does not necessarily mean business as ususal.

My only point and it is very narrow in scope is that you simply do not reward someone with US citizenship who has killed thousdands of people regradless of reason or circumstance.

He probably had a very nice life prior to getting US citizenship. It is not like he was committed to a prison for decades and was suffering eternally.

A lot was forgiven. It is clear that a lot of people are ok granting citizenship to someone whi has killed thousdands of people. The point is understood.

I simply do not agree on this point. That does not mean I lose sleep over this. I do not need to forgive this guy. That is not my job.

I simply draw the line when someone wants to be a citizen who has killed thousands of Americans. That should not happen.
