The U.S. Justice Department, a tool of Obama's tyranny, is engaging in a cover-up of the criminal acts of its own hierarchy and of the President himself regarding this Solyndra rip-off.
With Eric Holder ordering actions by the Justice Department and the FBI, no justice in the Solyndra matter will ever be possible and nobody will ever go to trial. Any defendants, to save their own hides, could easily expose the President and his cronies as accessories to the crime.
The United States is now run like a tin-horn, African s***hole by a dictatorial and ruthless strongman.

Obama has completely flouted the law to undermine all respect for the legal system in the United States.
We have one new federal government program proposal after another for which there is absolutely no money to fund but unlimited cash to give away to cronies of the emperor.
I can envision a scenario in which Obama/Holder throw some important players under the bus (via indictments) just to get this story behind them by 2012. In that case, they will deal with the issue, but in a way they can control and manipulate. The DOE head, e.g.
