This is a formation I have seen twice here (cent. WI), we call them "moon clouds" for obvious reasons. This shot was near sunset. :{)

Have you ever seen the dawn from Seven Mile Bridge on the way to the Florida Keys?
That sorta counts as a reverse sunset.
It was truly spectacular when I saw it.
To: The Looking Spoon
That last one is really spectacular!

Sunsets over sand dunes are especially spectacular, but they can't be captured in a single picture. As the sun sets, the sand changes color from a bright white or yellow, through pale pinks and oranges, to gray and brown.

That ics really something. It’s almost scary.
Still another of God’s paintings.
Is this a recent one?

I think it was three years ago. I saw another version (morning, as I recall) earlier this year.
