So, as a former card-carrying IBEW sister married to a proud former Laborers, IBEW, and later USW member, please hear me out. What I have to say is for the hard working, patriotic, selfless union brothers and sisters in Michigan and throughout our country: Please don’t be taken in by union bosses’ thuggery like Jim Hoffa

I was a USW member {in the early 60s after I got out of the Army}, my dad was one for over 40 years and the union corruption has done more to harm the union worker than anything that "the bosses" could possibly have even thought about.

As a former union member Sarah knows how corrupt the union bosses were/are.

They steal, intimidate via violence, stuff ballot boxes and when required, murder their enemies.

Tony Boyle did it, Richard Trumka did it, and Jimmy Hoffa senior did it. Jimmy junior hasn't been caught yet.

I was a member of the USSW back in the 1960s when worked in a defense plant. The crap the Steel Workers leadership did there bordered on treason, Hanoi Jane would have been proud of them.
