[ Perry is a White Obama. / I can’t imagine any intelligent, rational, SANE person agreeing with this comment. ]

Barry Half-White is an almost white Perry..

Guiliani would be best in a cabinet position, IMHO.

He gets off saying it because it’s identical to statements being made on DU. They, too, suffer from Perry Derangement Syndrome.

He might be looking at Christie to shore up the East Coast votes.

Statements like this sound much more appropriate for Democratic Underground than they do here.

Sure thing N00b. You've got a whopping 7 months experience in this forum under your belt and you're telling a 10+ year member what should and shouldn't belong here? You haven't been around to know how asinine that is.

Maybe I'm crazy but I kinda like big business. That's where the jobs are.

I don't know if you're crazy or not but your posts suggest you just may be.

For the record, I am for jobs also and I'm all for business; heck, I own one. What I'm not for is a politician who beholden to big business as RINo Rick clearly is.

"But — just hypothetically, you know — what if she doesn’t?"

"Who will you support then?"

I have decided why cross that bridge if I don't have to? As for now, I am 100% Sarah. If she is not on my ballot, I will write her in.

I refuse to lie to myself any longer. As stated previously, if America wants to go to sh$t, so be it. Probably time for another revolution anyway.

I'm just praying to prevent such an occurrence.

Evidently you don’t have a clue about state immunization requirements and government funds paying for it.

What YOU don’t understand is that there were the MANY parents who wanted it. The democrats don’t ever tell you that!

The democrats don’t tell you either that the feds sent down notice to make Gardasil available for those who WANT IT!

Do you have a clue how a state gets an immunization paid for by Medicaid or SCHIP???? It first place it has to be a MANDATED immunization by the state! You can’t just walk into a doctor’s office and demand an immunization for your child and get it paid for.

Get a freaking clue!

If the question is "Who sucks much less than Romney and has a reasonable chance of winning?", then yeah, Perry is the Answer.

The more frenzied the anti-Perry action gets on FR, the more I lean toward him if Palin doesn't run. I think the Romney long-knives are out for Rick.

“Are presidential eligibility requirements the same for VP?”

Yes.

Article XII, Constitution of the United States.

“............But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.”

You are probably correct, but these days anything is possible. I hope she at least puts him in charge of homeland security.

Sorry, that is not my recollection of the facts. I read about Perry unfavorably in the past. He was better than KBH for sure. I’m not saying I wouldn’t vote for him. He’s better than Romney. He does have baggage. He is too cozy with everything Mexican. I understand getting elected in a border state is tough.

Hey, we had a president from Hawaii. How about one from ALASKA?

>> I have decided why cross that bridge if I don’t have to?

That I can understand.

What I can’t understand is why so many who prefer Sarah Palin take the battleax to anyone who ISN’T Sarah Palin, primarily because they aren’t Sarah Palin, when Sarah Palin is not yet IN the race.

Seems counterproductive at best, and dangerous to the republic at worst.

"If it’s any consolation, I will take no pleasure in being right about this. I know a lot of her most dedicated troopers are going to be crushed."

Please.....if you are correct I will eat my crow like a grown responsible adult should. You can rub it in my face as much as you would like (mark this post).

IF, which we highly doubt, she does not run, you are correct....we will be crushed. I will allow you to rub as much salt in my wound as you'd like.

With that being said, not only will she run, but will win.

My own little simple opinion? This will be a grass root vs. grass root election.

I’m not a Texan. I Don’t know anything about Texas. I’m a Californian. There are alot of Mexicans, as well as, Mexican-Americans in California. Consequently, I know about La Raza. I know that it’s a racist, un-American and anti-American organization! Why would the governor of Texas deign to attend one of their conferences? I know that Perry knows what they’re all about. How does he justify that? Or perhaps, he’s never been called on it? Is he for Aztlan?

Also the RuPaul long-knives. Many of them learned to hide their true alliegance because of how they were treated here during the last election cycle.

I agree with you. Even if Sarah gets in and these idiots are indicators of her supporters, then I will have my doubts about what she attracts. bigots, fools and idiots seem to be running loose here.

I don’t want to rub it in your face. I want Obama gone. Pew just came out with a new poll you might find interesting. In a nutshell, it says 67% of voters say they will never vote for Palin. And she knows this from her own internals. http://www.politicususa.com/en/sarah-palin-never-vote
