By "targeting everyone except one certain group (white males) you are effectively "excluding" them.
You are targeting white males for exclusion.

At some point in time we have to realize that our government has exceeded its ruling authority and no longer serves the people. We have become the servants and please tell me there is a solution other than armed conflict to restore this Representative Republic that the founders risk life and fortune to give us.
I see very few in the wings waiting to be elected with a thirst for restoring the constitutional limits to the federal government. They are there but in such small numbers as to be irrelevant.
