He suffers under this certain illusion that because he is surrounded with information and briefers and advisors that he must be an important leader.

He is instead, rather a clueless idiot bumbling his ways through world affairs.

Must be terribly taxing. I would suggest he take copious vacation(s) so as to preserve his massive intellect for important times ahead...
