What does he mean "restructuring of debt?" Does he know what that means? That's the term that is usually applied when an entity goes into default and works out a "restructuring of debt" with its creditors - like extending the time to pay it out, reduction of principal, forgiveness of interest, etc.

At this point in time, it is simply CLEAR that the media did not vet Obama, that Obama was unqualified for the job, and there was no reason to think that he was qualified.
