Where do you draw the line? Is it immoral to eat beyond satiety? Is it immoral to sit and play video games so long that you get a clot in your leg? These are victimless crimes. Neither the law nor God will punish you for overindulging in an activity that involves no victim other than oneself. To declare that getting stoned is immoral is just arbitrary. Believe it if you like, but you have no right to impose that belief on others.
There is a commandment that says "You shall have no other gods before me." Drugs do that, to the user they put nothing before getting them.
Drug addiction is a physical addiction. Do you realize that there are addicts who never even chose to take the drug in the first place? Wives whose husbands tied them down and injected them with heroin, for example. Personally I would not compare drug addiction to devotion to God.
I'm not going to comment about the abortion case, because you insist on referring to Ron Paul as "surrender monkey." You plainly hate the man, so there's no point even discussing this issue with you.
