I’m glad to pass this list of articles along so others can do their homework. It doesn’t seem to help unless they do the research themselves — as I’ve found — either they want to know or they don’t.

Another big Perry lie is how he doubled our debt. Roughly 90% of our bonds are self-satisfying bonds, meaning that whoever uses the services provided by the bonds pays off the bonds - not the taxpayer. In 2008, Forbes listed our debt to GDP ratio at 1.2%. That's because they were only counting bonds for government expansion that the taxpayers were on the hook for, not all the self-satisfying bonds (which acted like loans, to be paid back by others).

Perry is NOT my first choice, Herman Cain is - GO HERMAN! But I dislike the attacks against him in general and Texas in particular.
