It does not look like Rick Perry is going to be intimidated one bit by Mitt Romney or being on the national stage.
Here is video of Texas Gov. Rick Perry being asked about criticism from Mitt Romney today that Romney has experience creating jobs in business while Perry does not. Perry blew Romney a kiss and said, Give him my love several times. He also explained that Romney is trying to compare oranges to apples. He said Romneys record as Governor of Massachusetts should be compared to Perrys record as Governor of Texas.

In many circles, they would call that being “faced”. I call it being PWN3D. Love it. Go Gov Perry!

This is kind of backwards. After all everyone in Massachusetts knows it is Romney that blows.

He has certainly spiced up the campaign!
Seems like he and Palin may be the only national-class campaigners in the bunch. They are both refreshing.

It's an amusing response actually, assuming the question is as advertised, but it also gives me pause. I could just as soon hear Perry responding to a question about conservatives being unhappy with his unwillingness to stand strong on spending with, "...give them my love."
I don't trust any of these guys anymore. Say what you want about someone like Ron Paul, (yes, I know he's unelectable & kooky on foreign policy) but you know what you're getting. This all seems far too Bush-esque for me thus far.
I'm listening Governor, but I'm a skeptic this time around.

experience creating jobs in business
So Romney, Mr Big Gov't, would take that experience and create more jobs in the gov't.
Reagan taught how to create jobs in business - it's not a secret, it just takes a 'want to' mentality.
And Romney (Newt, Jeb) said the 'Reagan Era is over'. Someone needs to use that for their campaign. Let him eat his words now.

Romney will be completely buried by Perry when the voting starts. Just my two cents.

"What do you think of Romney saying he has experience creating jobs as a businessman and you don't"
Apples and Oranges, compare my record as governor with his record as governor, then you got some apples to apples.

Perry is so smart...and knows how to deal with the different jerk offs...!!!GO Perry GO!!!Correct you are. I went all in for Perry over the weekend - financially and by offering office and distribution space for use by his campaign. I've named my horse, now lets get him to the finish line.

In a debate I would bet two cents on Romney. He may be polished and learned but I don’t think he is quick enough to spar with Perry who has a spontaneous streak in him. He is also a smart ass... Romney doesn’t come close.
Not that I am enamored by Perry, I think he has done some dumb things here in Texas and I wonder if he is steady in his “conservatism”.

Perry takes NO prisoners. I found his Waterloo, Iowa speech was very interesting. He said not IF I'll be president...he said when I am president. Jack Wheeler is also supporting him and says he'll be our next president.
All the garbage that's being put out is nothing but smoke screens...bottom line for Americans are jobs, jobs, jobs and economy, economy, economy...Perry has continued and even bettered the environment in Texas for jobs and the economy...the other is all smoke and mirrors...
