I don’t remember there being flash mobs then and the Federal Government wasn’t near as broke.
The mobs back then were more effective..remember the long hot summers a few bottles of ripple on a street corner on a Saturday night was all it took. Spending today is quite restrained compared to then nobody thought nor cared about it then there was no problem throwing government money at anything.
