Lawrence Connell is a tenured law professor at Widener Law School in Delaware. I have noted in prior posts that Connell was accused of a wide range of racist and sexist conduct directed at students in his classes and at Dean Linda Ammons (because of hypothetical examples Connell used in class).
Connell has sued, and also went through a university disciplinary hearing process. The faculty committee which heard the evidence found that Connell did not violate any university policy with regard to the allegations of racist and sexist conduct. The committee report, available exclusively here, while it ultimately vindicates Connell, is a depressing narrative of the sorry state of political correctness and race/sex politics on campus, in which the feelings and reaction of accusers carries as much weight as the objective reality of the statements made. While Connell was vindicated on a wide range of charges, this case surely will have a chilling effect on academic freedom on campuses as professors now know that regardless of the context, they are at risk of the subjective feelings of those with an agenda.

Dingbats like Dean Ammons never stop to consider what would happen to them if they tried this on a fellow tolerant moonbat like, say, Amy Bishop.
Cheers!
Cheers!
Sounds like a major case of projection going on here with Dean Ammons.
A law professor, a good guy, was slammed by students and hassled by his employer?
I’ll admit, I’m still less than sympathetic due to your
ever-so-cute Butthurt form designed for use against anyone
who does not fawn over your potential candidate of choice.
But I’ll give it a read, what the hell.
There are only, oh, maybe half-a-dozen or a dozen posters here on FR for whom it is applicable: the PDS League.
Those who disagree with Palin on reasonable grounds, and who state their objections respectfully and without trolling, can ignore it and go on their merry way.
Those who are trolls can *also* ignore it and go on their merry way. Unless it hit a nerve with them?
Hope you like the story of Widener Law School and its Dean, Rosa Kleb Linda Ammons.
Cheers!
Must read.
May he sue them out of business.
This moonbat had better watch out lest she try the games on someone as unstable as fellow moonbat Amy Bishop.
Cheers!
Looks like some people are starting to bail from being associated with the law school, and some alums are going to stop donating, thankfully:

Sounds like soviet old style re-education camps for those that don’t tow the party line....same thing goes for sensitivity training=re-education soviet style under a different name..
FWIW, Joe Biden is an adjunct professor at the Widener School of Law.
This is just “progress.”
You permit Marxists to be anything but a street cleaner in your society and they will eat you and your freedom alive. We permitted these freaks of nature to run our society.
