Statement on America’s Debt Crisis

The American government is at risk of defaulting on their debt. To remedy it, they want to go into even more debt. This cannot go on forever. It has to stop.

We do not have a debt crisis, we have a spending crisis. The federal government is attempting to continue spending a quarter of the GDP. That's what can't continue. And we're not in danger of defaulting on any debt service.

This is a manufactured ‘crisis’. Every congresscritter knows the solution - strike down the continuing resolutions and actually write a budget that's not 1.5 trillion dollars out of whack.

But they're all chicken, so instead they're playing their parts, where they'll ‘reduce the debt’ by not increasing federal spending quite as fast, and maybe not paying for wars that won't be going on in the future.

Vote for a budget, axe the useless agencies, fire a million federal employees, and get the budget under control again.

Now, I am still working on this one. Even with a bottle of Jack Daniels, I cannot get this to compute.

But simply put, Obama needs more money to BUY THE ELECTION next year. Does not matter where it comes from, or who it comes from, or what damage it does. The issue is POWER AND CONTROL like any good Marxist/Communist. That is all that matters -— while the country falls apart. Which also is the other half of his agenda.

They aren’t going to default unless they do it intentionally. Our credit rating is going to be downgraded no matter what we do.

BTW the senate has already tabled the bill passed in the house today. LOL

We must continue to illustrate it with proper analogies.

Government says the solution to our debt crisis is to increase our debt.

It’s like saying the solution to cancer is to let the person develop more cancer.

Or to a fat person, the solution to their problem is to eat more.

Or to an alcoholic, the solution for them is to have another drink.

Or to a gambling addict, the solution is to play another hand.

See, we are dealing with SPENDING ADDICTS. They are ADDICTED to spending OUR MONEY and spending our country into the poor house,

THEN dividing and conquering all of us by pitting one group of Americans against another group of americans. For the democrats, it’s all their disenfranchised, have-not groups that somehow manage to get most of the redstributed wealth, against taxpayers (who they only want the world to think of as privileged white super-rich racists).

Then to top it off we have the establishment republicans who’ve finally made it to the top and really don’t want stuff to change much now that “it’s their turn” and it’s those damn TEA party people that won’t fall in line.

I find it interesting that the Federal Government refuses to do something at every household and all 50 states have to do - balance their budgets.

The average citizen does it at least 12 times a year. The 50 states have to do it at least once a year. But the Federal Government doesn't have to do it ever?

The last week or so has prover's, beyond any doubt, that our founding fathers had the right idea - the Federal Government needs to be filled with amateur politicians who have no desire to remain in Washington, DC, any longer that absolutely necessary!

Look as what the formerly great Britain did: slashed the spending, laid off 500,000 government workers, cut budgets like crazy. There was some yelling and screaming, but for the most part the loss of 500,000 government employees was not really noticed by the general public other than it was easier to get stuff done with the government. We could eliminate at least half of the cabinets. cut 1 million government employees and eliminate half of the remaining programs and the nation would be the better for it.

The problem is that we are overextended, we are accumulating more debt than our economy can handle.
That is why we should be downgraded. We have a massive currency bubble going on and it will not be a pretty sight when it pops.
