Today, House Republican leaders will discuss with lawmakers a new framework designed to prevent a national default while ensuring any debt limit increase granted to President Obama includes spending reforms and cuts that exceed the debt limit hike. This common-sense plan is aimed at stopping President Obama’s indefensible quest for a debt limit increase that would run past the next election without a process in place to ensure spending is being cut as the debt ceiling is being raised. As Speaker Boehner said yesterday on FOX News Sunday: “I know the president’s worried about his next election. But my God, shouldn’t we be worried about the country?”
President Obama desperately wants a large debt limit increase that will take him past the next presidential election.

Do nothing to let the smug Poseur off the hook. Let him have his psychotic break so the electorate can see what it did in 2008.
Maybe somebody has told Boehner that if you goose a Malignant Narcissist sufficiently, they implode, explode, meltdown, and generally lose it. If Boehner keeps this up, we could see a POTUS crack up unlike anything the world has dreamed of. I pray Boehner doesn’t let up; Barry’s on the edge, and getting closer by the minute. A little more, and the guys in white jackets may have to toss a net over him.
The only downside to that scenario is that Joe “Impeachment Insurance” Biden is next in the line of succession. I wonder how many wars his gaffes would get us into in 17-18 months?
To him re-election is the be all and end all. The country doesn't matter.

Half Biden’s marbles are gone, and those he has are not very nice. He has lied pathologically about how his first wife died, to the immeasruable pain and distress of the family who is innocent in the matter.
Otoh, at least he doesn’t virulently hate the USA—and he wouldn’t go out of his way to diss our allies and grovel to our enemies. We have a man in the Oval Office who hates us, hates Capitalism, and who loves Islam. [There’s more, but that scratches the surface, anyway.] Who would I prefer.
Biden. Hands down.

Really a controllable problem:
Just put him in the oval office, and on his desk, put a phone that rings at random intervals, with a flashing light on it.
Fix the phone so that when he answers it, it just says, "Please stand by," and plays some elevator music, then disconnects after a few minutes.
It should keep him out of trouble for the rest of his term.

I thought he came dern close with the ‘eat your peas’ drivel. What POTUS has ever said such a thing? It’s a mommy-talking-to-a-young-child thing, and sounds just bizarre when a POTUS mouths the words.
If Boehner can just poke Barry’s fragile ego a few more times, strawberries have a better than even chance of being the next topic. ;)
Having Biden on TV daily would leave the World laughing it's a$$ off. The comedians would have a field day.

Obama don't have to do squat to increase the tax collections. Bimbo Pelosi has already deliver tax increases for the next 10 years.
