Well said. My thoughts exactly but I am just not as articulate.
I think the Tea Party is incomplete - for exactly the reasons you outlined.
There are many in the Tea Party who think exactly like I do- the ones at the top, articulating their thinking are trying to be PC and not alienate anyone.
When you don’t stand for principles—the most important one of Natural Rights come from the Creator—the bases of our whole system of government—then you fall for everything and anything....it will be like all those kumbayi “inclusive” churches with lesbian pastors—a joke. Devolves into chaos and makes no sense and is NEVER the fundamental idea of Natural Law Theory—”Right Reason according to Nature”.
HMMMM—wonder if they are trying for a fundamental transformation of our Judicial system....redesign it according to Hitler’s standard of right and wrong—or Marx-—or Andrew Sullivan. Yes, allow them to throw out the geniuses that spanned over 2000 years of philosophy for their weak, perverted sense of “right and wrong”....good plan, Tea Partiers—sounds like you are REAL CONSERVATIVE when it comes to our Founding Documents.
It is where logic, reason, and science resides which is SUPPOSED to be the basis of American Jurisprudence. How in the H**l do “legal scholars” find an unnatural “right” in homosexual marriage......it defies logic, reason AND biology and particularly—God’s laws and certainly Natural Law.
The TEA party is Taxed Enough Already!
That is ALL they are. The ONLY thing they concentrate on is STOP SPENDING and NO MORE TAXES.
That is a HUGH problem and one we need to address one thing at a time. The reason the TEA party grew so big from the beginning is that it had TWO items on the plate and so very many Americans could relate.
Let’s fight this battle before it is too late and let the political parties fight out the social issues.
