This is another conspiracy theory that requires that the state of Hawaii, and the registrar himself, be a part of the conspiracy.
Because both exist, and both would know if they didn’t stamp the document. So, if the white house forged the signature and the stamp, the registrar and state would say so, unless they were part of the conspiracy.
But this doesn’t make sense. If they WERE part of the conspiracy, why wouldn’t they simply have stamped the forgery, and released it themselves? Why send a different document to the white house, and then have the white house forge a different document and then forge the stamp?
And if the state is willing to be part of the conspiracy, there is no hope to proving he wasn’t born in the U.S., since the state has absolute control over the issuance of birth certificates. The state can simply manufacture one, say the original was lost, and the new one will be an official document.
Nobody is going to win an argument that you can’t be president if someone lost your original birth certificate.
If you need a bureaucrat to keep silent about something, it's one thing to intimidate or bribe him or her into silence or acquiescence, but it's another matter altogether to expect them to voluntarily play a very active part in organizing and carrying out your scam.
This is for all the marbles. As Trump said, it would be the biggest scandal in the history of the USA. We're dealing with radical leftists who would otherwise be willing to shoot people down in the street, but as Stanley Kurtz has chronicled, have been convinced that they can gain their aims stealthily through the political system, but are still capable of anything. So if a couple of flunky bureacrats don't want to end up dead or would like cushy jobs when they leave their posts, they shut up when it comes to challenging the most powerful man in the world and his Chicago thugs.
It's not the entire "state" that appears to be complicit. It's a couple of bureaucrats in the Dept of Health. As for rest, from the former Republican Governor on down to every major national politician in the country, they don't want to face this scandal at all and would just prefer to pretend it is not there.
you make valid points. but if they aren’t part of the conspiracy, there is NO reason for them to have gone to the great effort of obstructing Butterdezillion’s honest, easy to answer questions about the registry, etc., (NOT about the actual certificate.)
...not to mention oddities like DOH claiming Sunahara didn’t exist, when her name is on their own print out.

Ahhhh! A BC is not simply a record. It has supporting documents that allow it's issuance. There are none. No hospital birth record. No evidence of SAD's residence when she had the baby. No one who will state simply that they were there. Why? Because the whole story of his birth is conjured. Made out of whole cloth. Why? Because he was not born in HI.
He probably was not born in Kenya. Because of the logistics and presence of SAD in Seattle shortly after his birth, I am inclined to believe he was born in Canada. No proof, but circumstantial evidence.
Most troubling, all 3 branches of government know. Why no action on this obvious "post turtle"? The fix was in. Who did this? That is the question.
They would need to be in on the conspiracy too.
