I'm failing to see the problem.... Vile – adjective, vil·er, vil·est.
In math if you take a negative number and multiply it by another negative number, you get a positive number. Following that logic I'm surprised liberals haven't abandoned "progressive" for this label yet...I mean, if Democrats took their name and applied it to "vile" not only would they free up energy they would otherwise use trying to hide that they're not, but instead of ruining the meaning of words they may actually rehab one for once. People hunger for honesty in politics, Democrats have a golden opportunity here. If they took it sooner Anthony Weiner might still be a Congressman.

2. highly offensive, unpleasant, or objectionable: vile slander.
3. repulsive or disgusting, as to the senses or feelings: a vile odor.
Highly offensive, repulsive, disgusting - sounds about right to me.

McKinney slapping a Capitol guard, did not bother the Caucus, Sheila Jackson Lee’s big mouth and ignorance doesn’t bother the Caucus.
But Allan West calling a Spade a Spade brings unwanted attention to the caucus.
I got news for this dipstiock Emmanuel Cleaver. Your Caucus is a racist disgrace to the United States of America.
By the way Allan, how is that membership in the Congressional Black caucus working out for you?
