...Don’t overlook Nikki Haley, the exciting new governor of South Carolina. Perry and Haley have today together signed an op-ed in The Washington Post titled Break the spend-and-borrow cycle.
Perry first nationally challenged federal bailouts in December 2008. He and then-governor of South Carolina Mark Sanford challenged other governors to join them in opposition. It was a revolutionary moment and became prelude to the Tea Party. They wrote then in The Wall Street Journal: "As governors and citizens, we've grown increasingly concerned over the past weeks as Washington has thrown bailout after bailout at the national economy with little to show for it ... In the process, the federal government is not only burying future generations under mountains of debt. It is also taking our country in a very dangerous direction — toward a ‘bailout mentality’ where we look to government rather than ourselves for solutions."
It is interesting that Haley, who replaced Sanford, has picked up the thread and tag-teamed again with Perry. She repeats again and again that she does not want to be selected for vice president; that she is only now the “flavor of the month” as a new governor, but she is an extraordinary individual from an extraordinary family and it is hard to imagine a more perfect candidate....

It is unfortunate that you can’t make an intelligent, rational and logical distinction between politically supporting a president and acknowledging he is the actual president.
According to your birther logic, I must support Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi because I acknowledge the fact that they are actual members of congress and lead the Democratic Party.

This early 1800’s case has been quoted in subsequent USSC “citizenship” cases throughtout the courts history, and these later courts never re-defined what an NBC was.....they did however expand the definition of “born citizenship” to include persons born in circumstances other than those required to be considered Natural Born. That is to say..... born citizenship OTHER than Natural Born Citizenship.

Put down the bong and the birther propaganda and wake up to the fact that the White House is occupied by Barack Obama and is recognized by every single legal institution in the United States, from the Congress to the Supreme Court, the military and federal bureaucracy, to the various states and the international community, who recognizes him as head of state.

The Founding Fathers intent was to have a president who was a native to the US instead of a naturalized citizen.
Barack Obama, no matter how much you hate him, is not a naturalized citizen. He was born in a US state to an American mother. He is a US citizen under the auspices of the 14th Amendment. He was never naturalized.
You birthers can spend thousands of hours obsessing about this issue, but it ain’t going to get Obama booted in any other way than defeat in an election.
Stop taking the lazy man and coward’s way out with wishful thinking about him resigning over this and start getting organized to defeat him in a legitimate election.

Right there is the crux of your problem......
There are two types of citizens.....Born Citizens, and Naturalized Citizens..... NOT Natural Born Citizen as you wrote........ NBCs are all Born Citizens, but not all Born Citizens are Natural Born Citizens......You need to learn both the difference and distinction.......US law is full of cases recognizing Born Citizenship other than Natural Born Citizenship. Oh that’s right, both I and Buccaneer81 did quote the relevant US law on the matter to you.....something you choose to ignore in order to advance your narrow agenda......

I doubt anyone will have to disqualify him other than the electorate. Obama is headed for a landslide electoral defeat....It’ll be great to have that loser at the head of the Dem ticket......NBC isssue aside, Obama is the very essence of what the Framers sought to avoid in writting the Article II elegibility requirment of Natural Born Citizen. His single handed destruction of the American Experiment is proof of their wisdom.......
Post Obama, a court case will reach the USSC and the Court will reinforce the Framer’s Original Intent of the phrase “Natural Born Citizen.” After all, there are over 200 years of Court cases defining NBC as “.....Born in Country to two Citizen Parents.” your protestations to the contrary nothwithstanding.
