You are entitled to your opinion (which is all you're expressing here with nothing to support it), but no moreso than am I entitled to my own. Perhaps we'll have to agree to disagree on this.

The reason it's not as dire as you seem to think is because, while the gulf between those who admire her and those who despise her is as deep and wide as any I have seen in my lifetime, the percentage who hate her as grotesquely as they do, is a tiny, politically insignificant 15-18% of the electorate.

Relax. Palin is lifted up to this by God Himself. What He wants done will not be altered by anyone.
