Well this is cool (hat tip to Mark Tapson):
GQ: Your new movie is called Friends with Benefits. Ever been in one of those relationships?Mila Kunis: Oy. I havent, but I can give you my stance on it: Its like communismgood in theory, in execution it fails. Friends of mine have done it, and it never ends well. Why do people put themselves through that torture?
And this is Kuniss SECOND thing shes done this week to get on conservatives good side. Earlier she accepted an invitation to the Marines Ball.
Now she comes out both against promiscuity AND communism in one sentence.
Whats she going to do next? Come out as a Tea Partier?
Note to self: its probably time to finally get around to picking up Black Swan on Blu-Ray.
This whole subject actually relates to a popular post yesterday at PJ Lifestlye: Dr. Helens highlighting of Erica Jongs observations of a shift in sexual morality among young women today:

LOL. In this case I really am not too interested in being semantically correct.
Dirt is dirt, filth is filth, porn is porn. And, BTW my definition meets the Webster's one.
Basically this girl really should not be the leader of anyone's opinion.
No, she is Ukranian. A Ukranian Jew, which is why her family was grateful to leave the Ukraine.
From her Wikipedia page:
Mila Kunis was born in Chernivtsi in the Ukrainian SSR. Her family moved to Los Angeles, California, in 1991, when she was seven years old. Kunis is Jewish and has cited antisemitism in the former Soviet Union as one of several reasons for her family’s move to the U.S. Her mother, Elvira, is a physics teacher and drug store manager, and her father, Mark Kunis, is a mechanical engineer and cab company executive. She has an older brother, Michael.
Kunis has stated that a lottery system allowed her family to make the move: “It took about five years. If you got chosen the first time around, you went to Moscow, where there was another lottery, and you maybe got chosen again. Then you could come to the States.” On her second day in Los Angeles, she was enrolled at Rosewood Elementary School not knowing a word of English. “I blocked out second grade,” she says. “I dont remember, but my mom tells me that I came home and cried every day. I wasnt that traumatized. It was just a shock.” Kunis added: “I didn’t understand the culture. I didn’t understand the people. I didn’t understand the language. My first sentence of my essay to get into college was like, ‘Imagine being blind and deaf at age seven.’ And that’s kind of what it felt like moving to the States.”
Because the theory, like all Utopian theories, ends:
"And everybody then lives happily ever after."
"Good in Theory" = "Sounds Great. Turns Out Horribly."
From Communism to National Socialism, throughout History, that is why such Utopian theories are always able to attract millions and then kill millions.
Obama was "good in theory" also.
The difference between American Leftists that dream of Communism and we conservatives that actually come from Communist countries is that, unlike the naive American Left-wingers, we learned long ago how to tell the difference between a Fairy Tale and Reality.
You can probably get my drift if you read all my comments.
Black Swan is sick.
The phrase “from each according to their ability, to each according to their needs” takes on a whole new twist here!
Oh, I got your drift. I was being somewhat facetious. But then again, you’ve probably done more to spark curiosity in a film, for a number of male readers, who may not have even heard about it.
I’m just sayin.
Over and over and over and over...
There's always riff-raff like that hanging around.
Yeah...I thought I made it pretty clear too.
"Socialism only works in two places: Heaven where they don't need it, and hell where they already have it." - Ronald Reagan
"Communism is like Prohibition, it's a good idea but it won't work" - Will Rogers
I never heard of that movie and now that I have I have no interest in seeing it. I think those who wanted to see it already have.
If you read the quote she did say that. It was part of the quote. She said “It’s like Communism: it’s good in theory but it doesn’t work.” That’s what she said. Words out of her mouth.
My question afterwards is an extension of her statement that communism is good in theory. I know she didn’t say that but in general people who think communism is good think capitalism is inferior to communism.
Now I could believe she was just trying to say something witty and didn’t really think about the implications of saying communism is ‘good in theory’, just to appear to make a clever analogy that with a few moments of reflection, isn’t as smart as she thinks it is.
Ping
I was ‘forced’ to watch Black Swan or BS’ by my GF who wanted to check it out. Was so pissed off how effing stupid it was I had to watch the Hangover again to wash the gay propaganda from my mind.
>Black Swan is sick.<
The director made this fresh from one of the best performances by Mickey Rourke (who should have won the Oscar over Sean penn’s fag movie Milk’) in THE WRESTLER, about the a dude who makes his living by being a semi pro wrestler.
Watch Mila Kunis in the subtle Christian movie THE BOOK OF ELI and you will feel better.
Yes, it was a subtle Christian movie with Denzel and everyone knows who watched the movie what the “Book” was in the title...
Mila Kunis Declines Date Offer to Marine Corps Ball
Posted by Chad Webb on 07.13.2011
First she said yes, but now she says she can’t...
Mila Kunis had initially accepted an invitation to be the date of Sgt. Scott Moore to the Marine Corps Ball, but today it was discover that she had to decline because of her commitments to two films this November.
Apparently she has agreed to meet with him when he’s back in the US though.
(and from last November):
Everyone is an actor in this one (although some have multiple talents). Boy A and Girl A have been a fake couple for more than a year. Boy B and Girl B have been a real couple for many years. Boy A and Girl B recently worked on a project together in which they were pretending to be a couple. Except that after a while they were not longer pretending. Boy A now regularly spends overnight sexy time at Girl Bs house. Girl A is annoyed, because while her breakup with Boy A is inevitable she has no control over him when they arent scheduled for a photo op. Boy B, on the other hand, is back home on the opposite coast and has no idea whats going on.
Boy A: Justin Timberlake
Girl A: Jessica Biel
Boy B: Macauley Culkin
Girl B: Mila Kunis
Earlier she accepted an invitation to the Marines Ball. Now she comes out both against promiscuity AND communism in one sentence. Whatâs she going to do next? Come out as a Tea Partier?
Bummer for that Marine. ;-)
