Conservatives outnumber the vile left 2-1. The majority of Americans don’t believe in gay marriage, socialism, atheism, and the crap-ola the left pushes on a daily basis.
Thanks for your thoughts. You mentioned atheism. It is interesting that the first and best arguments I ever heard for atheism came from Ayn Rand. I read everything she wrote when I was a teenager. She got me interested in the idea of free markets and her whole objectivist philosophy, which later lead to the libertarian party. For a while I was an atheist, largely due to Ayn Rand. I later changed my mind.
But back to your statement about the vile left. I think the politicians on both sides are pretty corrupt, but I don't think of the average liberal voter as being vile, just mistaken.
